Fulfillment Goods UK Customer Feedback Raffle Terms and Conditions

**1. Promoter**

 

1.1 The promoter is Fulfillment Goods UK, with its registered office at F105 1ST FLOOR, Knightrider Street, Knightrider House, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6LU ("the Promoter").

 

**2. Eligibility**

 

2.1 The raffle ("the Promotion") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

 

2.2 By participating in the Promotion, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of eligibility.

 

**3. How to Enter**

 

3.1 The Promotion will run from 4 October 2024 to 23:59 GMT on 31 December 2024 ("the Promotional Period").

 

3.2 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

 

3.3 To enter the Promotion, participants must:

 

- **(a)** Scan the QR code provided on the card included in their delivery package.

- **(b)** Complete the online feedback form by rating their experience out of 5 stars and providing their email address.

 

3.4 Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotional Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

 

3.5 Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

 

**4. Prize**

 

4.1 The prize is a cash amount of up to £500. The exact prize amount will be determined based on the total number of valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

 

4.2 The prize amount will be structured as follows:

 

- **Less than 100 valid entries:** Prize amount of £50.

- **100 to 199 valid entries:** Prize amount of £200.

- **200 to 299 valid entries:** Prize amount of £300.

- **300 to 399 valid entries:** Prize amount of £400.

- **400 or more valid entries:** Prize amount of £500.

 

4.3 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no alternative prizes will be offered.

 

4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make this necessary.

 

4.5 Any taxes or charges payable as a result of the prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner.

 

**5. Winner Selection**

 

5.1 All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into a random draw.

 

5.2 The draw will take place within 14 days after the end of the Promotional Period.

 

5.3 The winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

 

**6. Winner Notification**

 

6.1 The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw date using the email address provided at entry.

 

6.2 If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

 

6.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize.

 

**7. Data Protection and Publicity**

 

7.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in our [Privacy Policy](https://www.fulfillment-goods-uk.com/terms-conditions).

 

7.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the Promotion.

 

7.3 The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the Promotion.

 

**8. Limitation of Liability**

 

8.1 Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

**9. General**

 

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

 

9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

9.4 The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

9.5 Except as specifically set out herein, this agreement does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.

 

9.6 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
